1.
The customers shall undertake to take charge of the mandapam and hand it over to us. Electricity & water meter readings & other formalities are to be taken care by the customer.
 
2.
Vessels once handed over to us will be used only after hygienically cleaned and disinfected with hot water.
 
3.
Staff used for serving shall be neat and clean and their uniforms are washed and changed every day.
 
4.
Specialized cooks are organized from Udupi, Kerala and North India for the menu chosen by the customer to facilitate the real taste of the food items.
 
5.
The food items are prepared only using the best products of groceries and vegetables and no sort of adulteration is entertained by us.
 
6.
Any additional cooking vessel or vessels hired by us for cooking purposes, due to non availability or damage, the hire charges for the same shall be borne by the customer.
 
7.
The menu has to be finalized atleast 30 days in advance from the date of the function.
 
8.
The purohith’s list has to be forwarded to us on the day of finalization of the menu.
 
9.
If the registration of the marriage is opted for, age proof certificate, residence proof, original invitation, 2 photographs of the bride and the bridegroom have to be given to us alteast 15 days in advance.

On arrival to the mandapam, the customer is advised to check the menu and seer items with the manager or supervisor and confirm.
 
11.
Coffee and tea, lunch and dinner shall be served only in the dining hall.
 
12.
Hot and cold water dispenser will be placed in the mandapam at the request of the customer and shall be charged extra.
 
13.
Cool drinks shall be served only during Muhurtham and Reception as per the no. of cups ordered for. Any extra cups shall be charged accordingly.
 
14.
Any additional cooking vessels or vessels hired by us for cooking purposes, due to non availability or damage, the hire charges for the same should be borne by the customer.
 
15.
We will not be responsible for the loss of any vessel or anything belonging to the mandapam.
 
16.
The charges for gas cylinders provided by the mandapam, used for cooking purposes, shall be borne by the customer.
 
17.
The cleaning charges at the mandapam should be borne by the customer.
 
18.
Hot water in the early hours of the day should be organized with the cleaners of the mandapam.
 
19.
Carrying of customers’ luggage should be organized with the cleaners or by contacting the Hall Manager.
 
20.
Normally, the entire contract is charged in a package. The package shall include foods supplied, manual service, thamboolam bags, seer pakshanam, mangala vadhyam, videograph, vaideega materials, purohith, light music, buffet counters, seervarusai materials or any other service opted by the customer. The package’s estimation is given to the customer excluding the charges for the gas cylinders to be provided by the mandapam. The charges for the gas cylinders provided by the mandapam should be borne by the customer, as stated above.

The food to be served n different sessions should include the cleaners & staff of the mandapam, orchestra people, purohith & his assistants, nathaswaram party, electricians, photographers and videographers, flower decorators, drivers, cooks, servers, apart from the invitees. The customer should take note of these factors while placing the order.

The food served to children will also be charged.

Dinner will be served strictly till 10.30 p.m. only, so as to enable the servers’ to have rest to be fresh, the next morning. Service after that time will not be entertained.

Bed coffee will be served at the time mentioned in the contract.
 
25.
The service will be provided for the number of leaves mentioned in contract book under the appropriate captions. Any additions to the same shall be charged accordingly. One leaf is the food served to one person, whether adult or child.
 
26 No deduction shall be made under any circumstances if there be any reduction of number of leaves ordered.
   
27 Fresh juice stall or soft drinks stall shall be organized, only if order is placed well in advance.
   
28 Usually, paper rolls and cups used will be of disposable nature made of plastics. If paper cups or thermocol cups are to be used, separate charges have to be paid by the customer.
   
29 Mineral water charges are to be borne by the customer.
   
30 The charges for photograph and videograph will be collected in approximate value. The actuals shall be collected later at the time of delivery of the album and video cassette or CD.
   
31 Any additional service offered by us will be charged extra. Any incidental expenditure to any additional services offered shall be borne by the customer.
   
32 The customer has to assure the safety of our materials and staff.
   
33 Any complaint or mistake committed by the act of commission or omission by the employees of the contractor should be brought to the notice of the contractor or the manager only. The customer is not at liberty to resort to any action by himself / herself.
   
34 The customer is advised to take care of his / her or their belongings as we will not take any responsibility for the loss of their belongings.
   
35 Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) shall be paid by the customer at the time of booking our services for the function.
   
36 90% of the contract amount shall be paid by the customer 20 days before the date of marriage. The balance amount shall be paid in cash at the mandapam at the end of the function.
   
37 In the event of cancellation of the order, due to reasons beyond the control of the customer, which are unavoidable and extraneous in nature, the customer should intimate to us in writing. The customer shall bear all the expenses incurred by us till that date with regard to said order. Deducting such expenditure, the balance of the 90% of the contract amount shall be paid to the customer.
   
38 However Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) received as advance at the time of booking the order will not be returned to the customer at any cost.
   
39 No cancellation for any other reason will be entertained by us within 3 days of the function and the customer has to forfeit the entire advance amount in that event. No refund shall be made as such.
   
40 The registration of the marriage will be organized on the same day of marriage or at a later ate. The charges for the same shall be borne by the customer.
   
41 Bill will be presented at the completion of the function which may be settled in the mandapam itself without fail.
   
42 The customer is advised to sign the Contract Book at the end of the function to avoid any future misunderstandings as regards the persons served, facility, service provided, etc., No doubts will be entertained at the time of settlement of the final bill.

Sales tax, service tax and any other tax will be applicable as per law on customer’s bill.
